We’re inviting you to our next TOURIST Workshop, a slow winter evening with warm bread, shared hands, and good company.
We are hosting Berlin’s well-beloved bakery KEIT, known for their sourdough and their quiet, thoughtful way of baking.We’ll spend the evening learning the basics of sourdough, fermentation, and a few tricks along the way. KEIT will guide us through their process, and you’ll make your own bread to take home.
This isn’t about getting it right. It’s about slowing down, staying curious, and making something together on a cold January evening.
