All orders are shipped via DHL and include tracking, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

• Processing time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

• Express shipping: If selected at checkout, your order will be prioritized for faster dispatch and delivery.

• Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on your selected method and destination.

• Delivery scope: We currently ship within the EU / globally - this depends on DHL as well.

• Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as customs or courier disruptions.
