Refund policy

Quick Guide:

• You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Contact shop@touristopia.com to start a return.

• Send returns to: TOURISTOPIA GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 45, 10179 Berlin.

• We do not provide return labels or reimburse shipping/customs fees.

Important Notes:

• All returns require pre-approval. Unapproved packages will be rejected.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders? Let us know right away.

• Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Beauty/personal care items (incl. underwear)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

• For exchanges: return your item, then purchase the desired one separately.

• EU Right of Withdrawal: If you're located in the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for cancellations—no reason required.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days post-approval. Contact us if it's been longer than 15 business days.
