NYAHAN TACHIE-MENSON

Nyahan Tachie-Menson is a ceramicist, graphic designer and tattooist based in Accra, Ghana. She got a bachelors degree in Integrated Design from Parsons School of Design (2019). She works with colourful biomorphic forms in clay and builds narratives around them in digital worlds she creates. She also explores existential crises, fantasy and dreams utilising sculpture and spatial interventions. Her futuristic, vibrant graphic design work is prominent in the underground creative scene in Accra and beyond, with a permanent archive of them publicly displayed at Palm Moments, Accra.  She has participated in group art shows at Ifa Gallery, Stuttgart (2022), Frieze London with Hymodernity (2022), Art X Lagos (2021). She has also collaborated on graphics with  Amaarae, Bayy Agency, Oroko radio, Warner Music UK and Carhartt WIP.
